The Human Resources Department is the main heart for the administration of Universiti Utara Malaysia.
The department plays a major role in mobilizing all University management and administration
activities based on UUM's Strategic Core KPI:

Since 1984, the Human Resources Department has grown in line with the development of Universiti Utara Malaysia.The Department's goal is to serve as a human resource management center and information resource management center as well as efficient administrative management, in line with customer needs.
